Image Usage Policy

Overview

All images, photographs, and visual assets displayed on SurplusLoop — including product photos, brand graphics, and platform interface screenshots — are protected by copyright. This policy outlines the terms under which you may use images from our platform.

Product Images

Product images are provided by sellers and are used solely for the purpose of listing and selling surplus industrial assets on SurplusLoop. These images remain the property of their respective owners (sellers or SurplusLoop). Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial reuse of product images is prohibited.

Attribution

If you have been granted permission to use any SurplusLoop image, you must provide appropriate credit. This includes a clear reference to SurplusLoop and, where possible, a link to the original listing or page on surplusloop.ai.

Non-Commercial Use

Images from SurplusLoop may be used for personal, educational, or editorial purposes (such as news coverage or blog posts about the circular economy) provided proper attribution is given. Commercial use — including use in advertisements, competing platforms, or paid publications — requires explicit written permission.

No Modification
